Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services, and you will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right we’re happy to help.
Returns
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Items must be:

In a resaleable condition
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Earrings & Socks
For hygiene reasons, earrings and socks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
